So far so great... no pain at all from working out, running or etc.. Just did a 1200yd swim today wearing 2 15mm and felt great. No pain before, during or after the work out. Great thought about riding and wrecking a bike. I'll keep my weights down when I ride..

Did you 110 miles on a dirt bike this weekend, felt great to feel them swinging around occasionally. Never had any pain. Not sure I'd want to wreak on with too much weight.

I've been on a glider and an elliptical at my gym. So far so good. No pain or discomfort. I will be mindful if anything does feel off I'll stop immediately.

5 miles with 30x32....

Received my 30x32 the other day.. Been adding it with a 15 .. up weighting from two 15s . I've run with 2-15s and it was good. The run with the 30 was different, will need more support. The Balls and sack felt fine after but was a bit bulky and got in the way. May be finding the limits. Bummer enjoyed not having to take anything off for work outs.

Ok.. made a 5.5mile run with a 30x30 and 15x32.. had to wear some additional support other then what's provided by the running shorts. Been a learning experience .. Still no soreness after long runs..

Did you get the extra support with a jock strap or? Curious about the sweat, warmth and movement as slippage would be something that would suck. Read post about the Super Bowl party and slippage, grrrrrrrr.

Update..

Just used some regular underwear .. for the extended mile runs.

On the swimming side, just finished a 1000yd swim with a 30x32 & 15x32 .. no pain or straining . I could feel the weights, but they weren't in the way.

The adventure continues..

Thanks for the updates! Definitely keep us up to speed on the activity level! I’ve made it through a day at work with no slippage, I’m baby stepping my way to the gym, going to try this week. When I stack the two 15’s I can definitely feel them when walking. Building up the tolerance/getting used to with more weight.
