So far so great... no pain at all from working out, running or etc.. Just did a 1200yd swim today wearing 2 15mm and felt great. No pain before, during or after the work out. Great thought about riding and wrecking a bike. I'll keep my weights down when I ride..

Did you 110 miles on a dirt bike this weekend, felt great to feel them swinging around occasionally. Never had any pain. Not sure I'd want to wreak on with too much weight.

I've been on a glider and an elliptical at my gym. So far so good. No pain or discomfort. I will be mindful if anything does feel off I'll stop immediately.
