Well added a second weight. Total 14x30 & 15x32 and they are on 24/7/365 when not you by thru airport security. No problems on the dirt bike, road bike , mountain/Road bicycle . Or open ocean swimming. Did a 4.5 mile run the other day (no extra a support besides what’s in the shorts) which no issues. Will need extra support for longer distance and weight.

IronMan tri season is coming. I’ll update

The pouch in the shorts should be limiting how long the body bouncing allows the hang to get with the weights on. Some pouches are very stretchy and light weight while others stretch up to a point and stop. Ideally you have a light stretch to let your hang be low but still come up tight before you over extend the hang. Remember that your rings bouncing up and down are tending to hammer on your hang and testicules. A good jerk from a jogging pace or landing a jump will do damage very fast if it is your cords doing the catching of the weights instead of the pouch. The people designing these pouches are not thinking of protecting and controlling more weight than a mans balls. You are already at about 3 times that weight.

This was not an attempt to scare anyone, Just a warning to think ahead.
Wearing your normal 24/7 weights you tend to forget they are even there.
As a kilt wearer, I am effectively naked under the kilt with no clothing to control any hang movement.
I was about a year into stretching when I pulled my boner. Mine was jumping out of a pickup truck bed vaulting over the side of the bed. Something I had done my whole life. When I landed the pain let me know I had screwed up and I hobbled back to the house and removed my weights. Took about 3 days for the cord and abdominal attachment soreness to abate and I left the weights off for 2 weeks before restarting with light weighs and working back up to 24/7 weight over a few days. I probably still have some scar tissue from that "learning event".
The old adage of "Think before you leap." applies big time to us.
