Sports with Weights..

Ok. I'm three weeks into stretching, loving the feeling and look. First two were wit crunchies, 1 1/2" band and oxball stretcher .. Completing first week with weights.

So far I've hiked, biked, swam (no problems) with the weights.. running is next. My question is .. anyone here an extreme athlete and still wear weights. I'm a Ironman triathlete and love the idea of weights but I'm curious how heavy I can go before it interferes with my workout life..

Currently at a 14mm x 30mm weight with no problems but was thinking about a month or two from now. So far the weight works well with biking, swimming, and many various outdoor sports. .

Just try and see, each activity may allow for a different weight. I don't run or swim with a lot of weight on, but it can be done. Try and find what makes you comfortable in the world of ball stretching. You may be able to start some sort of iron ball regime if you take your time

i already did some running with weights. i usually wear just one ring about 350gr.
I think, to much weight could damage the vas deferens.
as example during an interval run i have a pace of 3.30km in one minute. with the legs i always slap the balls during the run. that means, much of pressure on the balls for about 60 min...
try to increase the weight, but take care. you only have one set of balls.

Well.. so far I've biked over 60 miles .. just tired the sac and weight horizontal so I'm not sitting on it.. Swimming is easy.. Running I'm going to try this weekend.

Wow, you could be the first guy ever to complete a half or full ironman wearing a weight! Lol! I'm also a triathlete but I've never worn weights or stretchers while cycling or swimming. I've managed to run with a donut or two without any pains. Would love to see your pics, especially in your speedo or cycle shorts... hot!

I have had several issues wearing weights during sports. Once downhill skiing, had a nasty wipeout, and the weights blew a hole in my jeans. I would be very worried having a crash on a bike while wearing weights- in a 5g-force crash 3 lbs of weights becomes 15, and it may lead to your nutsack getting stuck on the bike while you fly over. Another issue is swimming. I am OK with a lb or 2, but once went in with 5lbs and the weight was pulling me down. Love walking, stretching, and taking care of errands wearing full set of weights, but am very cautious in situations where an accident could put enough force on my body to rip my balls off.

Stretching usage: 30mmID x 15mm WMC,ordering more weight currently,Added a 2nd 32mmID x15mm on top on September 16,Added a 3rd 15mm x 34mmID on November 13 (should be 24/7 very soon with the 3rd ring)...Also discontinued the 30mm ID ring,replaced it with 32mmID,much more comfortable!As of Jan 2017,my ID size is 34mm,I can't even imagine getting a 30mm ID ring on.In June 2017 started using 45mm x 34mmID weight every other day,alternating with 30mm.July 2017,moved to a 34ID x 45mm as my 24/7."The screwball",about 50% of evenings starting July 2017.
