Additional weight

What what point did you know it was time for additional weight?

I know everyone is different but I’m just curious how YOU knew.

I’ve already got a decent hang and could accommodate another 15mm and I’m certain a 3rd one. I’m far from this, but I’m wondering what your qualifiers were.

Now I only stretch when I feel like it.

I followed Jarod's advice. ( Link in my signature. ) I stepped it up in 1/2 pound increments every few weeks to allow the creamaster muscles time to strengthen and be able to carry the current load with ease before adding more load. You only need one 15mm ( 1/2 pound ) ring. The next is to replace the 15mm with a 1 pound 30mm ring. Add the 15mm to the stack after getting well used to the 30mm. Never add rings just because "there is room". Always leave a half to a full inch of empty room at the top of your hang to allow for minor hang contractions that happen for testicule temperature control. This space prevents strained creamasters and ball compression issues from continuously trying to do it's work and being blocked by an over filled hang.

I follow the same method. Works well. Just ordered my second bigger weight of 40x32 this morning when I noticed there’s been a lot of room between the 15&14 mm stack on top of the 30mm. So I’ll use the 40mm to stack with now. .. time is the key. The body will tell
you.

Stretching usage: Mostly WMC weights, but I also regularly use a home-designed attachment system for heavy-weighting my balls over short periods. I also use both USSR's and the Forcer on a regular basis.

Tundraman's advice, as always, is good. Try increased weight in progressive stages, going up in small increments with a good period of time in between. If you go too far for your present state of development, your body will tell you to back off. Listen to it!!
