Adding More Weight

I started out a few weeks ago with a 30 x 34 weight and have been wearing it every night. I gonna do some yard work with it on today and see how it goes. I just ordered a 32 and a 32mm magnetic ball weights to add a bit more weight. Seems as though I have gained some room to add at least one of these above the 30 x 34. Can't wait to get em.

Even if you have room to add more, if your only a few weeks in I'd caution you to go slow. the cremasters need time to get stronger, its a risk to go too heavy if they are not ready. Straining something down there will set you back...

I would like to know this too on a timing/comfort level.

I haven't ordered anything and don't plan to until this November when it will be one year since I started. Since it's been cold out until just recently and with the warm weather I plan on wearing it almost 24/7. So when would be a good time to up the weight? Does it depend how comfortable I feel with my current weight or should I gave it time? Thanks everyone and happy stretching!

Theart of successful stretching is to increase the weight and lengthe of the rings incrementally. But never let your balls feel pain or too much stress. Warmer weather will mak sit easier but it's the constant unremitting challenge that yields results.
