Hard to know whether this is intended as a joke .

However, the important take out should be that it is never too young for children to be acquainted withe facts of life and to be prepared for what is in store for them - puberty and adulthood. This is quite commonplace in so called "primitive" societies. Little boys are encouraged to love and play with their dicks and balls and as they head towards puberty (but well before) they will be told what to expect and how to do sex well.

Western, so called civilisation has become very prudish and it is past time to give kids access to their birthright. As it is, sperm counts for adult men are down nearly 50% on 100 years ago.

Yep the old "moral codes" were codified in what was called Blue Laws. Most are repealed or struck down in court as unconstitutional. But these puritanical codes are still practiced in some families. Other families and communities only restrict them to public settings.

I don't want to be thought xenophobic, but I do think the US is much more moralistic and religious than other Wesrern democracies (and the US is democratic in name only). Here in Australia, same sex marriage has been legalised just today, and not by the courts but by popular vote of all the people. I an also glad to note that church attendance is way way down, the Cargolic church in particular having lost much moral authority because of a massive clid abuse scandal, and the last Census revealed a huge rise in the number of people saying they had "No religion".

So much of the discreditation of religion has come about because they have always thought they could control the faithful with repressive and absurd sexual "morality", and a bunch of censored tales which cannot be sustained in the light of science.
