Newbies

Ok so honestly I've been reading all around the Internet for advices and stuff about this "the stretching ball" topic cause I'm new and so yeah I read that you have to star with not much weight but as being the impatient person that I am I decided to go straight to one of the weightiest ball steel rings I saw (980 grams) I know that's a lot for someone who's never tried this before I have to admit I wasn't worried until I received it in the mail, even the mailman literally said to me "wow that's heavy lol" while he handed the packaged to me haha then I tried it on and obviously it did not fit me, so I got kind of frustrated and tried it again, after a few tries and a lot of sweating and swearing I was finally able to put it on although I couldn't let it hold on my balls for itself cause it actually hurt... Long story short, I've been using it a couples hours a day and a couple hours a night and managed for it to stop hurting me (only when I walk too much with it on) which I hope it will no longer do with time, anyways what I'm trying to say is that the gains I have accomplished in 20 days it's just awesome my balls have dropped a lot and so yeah has anyone ever experienced something like this? When do you think I'd be able to wear it all day? :)

You are doing what normally takes a minimum of 3-4 months of safely working up to. Hurt means damage.

Slow it down!! If you are reading almost everyone tells you take it slow. Listen to the advise of others, they know from experience. If you tear and have scar tissue build up you will never stretch. Happy slow down stretching.

I seriously have hurt my balls more times while working out and playing Football than I have with this heavy ring. I've been very careful I use it just the necessary and I have gain a couple inches, I was pretty tight but now in 20 days my balls are almost one and a half inches away from the head of my dick while relaxed I mean that's a lot for me. I don't walk with it tho so it's fine

I'm from Spain, we have free health services here so no worries for Europeans :)

When we are young we know EVERYTHING!! You couldn't and wouldn't hear good advise from anyone. If I had only listen to ALOT of good advise my parents gave me I would be in a much better place in life. Old people are stupid!! What do they know!! As I have gotten older I have tried to pass on wisdom, but younger people don't want to hear it. So I tired.

I think it is simpler than even that.Just commit yourself to 2 years of stretching,follow the directions of a tried,tested and true method,and gain 3 to 5 inches on your hang.And,It's incredibly pleasurable from day one.What's not to love?
