I too am a new convert but finding this experience very enjoyable. It was difficult to adjust to the first few days - as suggested in the Johansen article; slow down and give yourself a time limit each day. My one objection is that I have started with a flexible Oxy weight. No problems. I am probably to the point where I will wear it constantly when not adjusting to my beautiful Universal which arrived this week. But, for god's sake, order yourself extre screws . I found I cannot wear it for a full day. taking it on and off at this point is still a struggle... losing screws a strong possibility.

I suppose that at 24 I would have been resistant to advice from older people with experience. I know better now.

Hi. I'm new to stretching, having recently purchased my first 20mm WMC weight, but I love it. I have already ordered another and am looking forward to the extra weight to stretch even more. I'm. It really sure what attracted me to ballstretching in the first place, but it was probably just the look of having so many rings around your nutsack, separating it from your body, and making the balls look like a distant pair of shiny eggs. Also I like the look of a low hanging sack, which is what I'm aiming for over time...

Hi everyone, I am three weeks into stretching, still having a lot to learn. My ultimate purpose is not as low as possible, instead to Increase testicles size over time and increasing testosterone level with only reasonable hang because I ride bicycle in the bicycle trail regularly and practice Taekwondo regularly, one of those thing about bicycling is I have to exercise with caution in case of accident because we are on cleat system most of the time and when I practice martial art is that I must be able to put on groan protection securely for sparring protection. Do any of you think 60mm at final goal would be too much or should keep it less.

Hi Cumnutter, I am not sure about you but for myself, I love the idea of one piece covering the width on the sack on whichever level I am up to because life is so busy and constantly moving and multiple ring will make noise at some level. I am however perusing different weight pieces so I can work on proper level as soon as I am ready for it. When you decide to add more weight though you may want to read and understand fully on the link to make sure you are not going too quick otherwise it is possible that you may hurt yourself. Good luck and please do read carefully.

Hi Dchen,

Thanks for the advice. I've even reading The ballstretching 'bible' by Jarod, and it is a very informative article, to say the least :D I am working my way up to two donuts, but not there yet. For noise abatement, I think I'd use a USSR between the rings, as that will stop the metal to metal contact..

May I ask what is USSR? I am not familiar with them.
