Stretching intensity: I wear a 60mm tall by 36mm inside hole diameter during waking hours, but never while sleeping. Also try to wear my 90 mm tall weight for brief periods daily.

Hi Tampaguy,
Welcome to the site! I think you'll find this to be a supportive group of men. Briefly, here's my advice and I offer it knowing that there are many different viewpoints and this is just my humble opinion.
1. Shave your ball sack
2. Make doubly sure your weight is the right size
3. Place your weight in warm water before putting it on
4. Use plenty of lotion on your ball sack
5. Develope a routine when putting on your weight and
use that same procedure EVERY time...saves time
6. Check on your boys often at first, watching for
coolness and/or discoloration, indicating a problem
7. Take it slow and easy; don't try to rush things or over-
do it
8. Visit this site often for camaraderie and support
9. Mentally visualize your low hangers often and
concentrate on how good it will be to reach your goal
10. HAVE FUN!!!
