Humm, looks like I need to take a math workshop. :)
wow, 34. I wrestle with it at 38 but as you said, the weather has not been cooperating. And being new to this, I'm a bit clumsy. (hold this up, pull these down, put this behind, squeeze this in there, put that in front, line it up, fasten it) :)
In looking a bit closer at myself, I noticed most of the time (these days) my hang has no neck. It's only when I can get them good an warm that I see the beginning of a narrower spot. This usually disappears as soon as I start touching them with cool fingers or weight. I have learned I need the weight warm. :D
If I could just keep the boys hot, I would be is good shape

 It's nuts getting off the ground.
Question - do you drink a lot of coffee or take any "wire-me-up" meds? They will tighten you up too.
I take Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) at times knowing I will be about half contracted for about 8 hours. I back off on the coffee at these times. WMCs are lousy earrings.. :(

Hello Tundraman,

I just wanted to piggyback on this topic. I currently have a 15mm x 32 WMC and have been wearing it 24/7 for a couple weeks now. I'm ready to go up to the larger 30 mm WMC, but after wearing the ring for some time, I've found it to be a little tight. It doesn't really cut any circulation off, but not sure if the ring should be able to be rotated without lotion. (If so, I can't rotate it unless I lotion up). How tight should the ring be? I do have photos - would it be possible for me to Private Message you?

Thanks so much!

Welcome to the site guy :D
Even a correct size ring will "adhere" to the skin. This is why we use shea mixes, for it's long lasting lube properties as well a skin conditioning. As you describe it, I think a 34x30mm WMC would do fine.

Hello, Tundraman,

I've posted some photos below. What do you think about going from a 15 mm x 32 mm WMC up to a 30 mm x 34 mm WMC? I just don't want to have slippage issues if I increase the ID.

Yep, I think the 34mm or even a 36mm would fit OK. You have some mild edema (fluid buildup) in the sack.
With the warm weather coming 30mm tall should also work.

Thanks so much for your help! What can I do about the mild edema? What causes this?

It's from a ring being a bit snug. It's not a problem as long as it's mild, you feel no testicule fatigue, your sack feels warm and I can see that your veins aren't standing out. The lymph return system is an open system and the ring is just slowing the fluids return to your body cavity causing the sack pressure to be higher to reach a in/out flow balance.

I see. Thanks so much for the information. I'm going to cut some string to the length of the 34 mm and 36 mm ID to see which would be best- is that the best way to figure out what the wights' ID would be like?. Trying to avoid any and all slippage issues. Thanks so much again!!

This is the measuring bug-a-boo. Finding a way to simulate a ring with other materials.
It needs the same dimensions and weight as the proposed ring. Smaller things like string are a lot more constrictive due to the small contact area.
Your most accurate tools are your current 32mm, your eyeballs and sense of feel.

Only you can judge just how close to slippage you are.
For my use, with only one testicule, I have rings for the bottom that I have resized into 0.5mm ID increments and flirt with edema all the time. I have no "other ball" to compete for the one round hole. It is how I got good at eyeballing and looking for problems.
You have two testicules of about the same size ( I think ). You don't need to run anywhere near as snug as I do.
Just from your photos, going to a 34mm will relieve the fluid build up and lengthen your scrotum as the skin below the ring isn't having to go around the fluid, just the testes. I and others have noticed that the 30mm WMC feels and acts much like a smaller ID 15mm on the hang due to the much larger surface area in contact and is less likely to tilt on the hang. Reducing slippage issues.

Slippage usually only occurs when something ( cold, stress, caffeine , medications, etc.) contracts the hang, wiping out the free room and putting everything in a jamb over a long period of time, putting long term pressure on the testicules that forces testicule shrinkage against the ring. (Any size ring)
Wearing too much weight or filling your hang, leaving no room for minor contractions has the same effect.
This is why as you progress we generally limit 24/7 weight to 40 ounces and 1/2 inch or more of free room above the rings.
 TMI, yak yak yak. I can't help it.
