Really wish all stretchers wore kilts. It makes it easy to adjust the rings up the hang and off of the testes almost anywhere and any time giving them a break to re inflate. Dealing with a slipper, If you adjust up and the ring(s) just flop down on the teste immediately, it is a sign of a too loose ring or overly slick or dry sack skin. It should take a few minutes to creep down fully onto the testes. I had to switch to a pure shea oil/butter mix from Sheaco because the cocoa butter in the mix was keeping my skin too slick for my use. Shea absorbs much faster than cocoa into your skin. Washing and resheaing the still moist skin leaves the skin slightly tacky against the ring. This makes these mini-breaks possible by letting the skins dartos muscles share the work for a while.
