I've been testing my riding.. short rides.. The biggest thing is to keep softness on the top and bottom. Building up to a long ride, 7 days, 3000 miles.. I'll let ya know how it goes. Going to add catherization at the same time.. Going for a distance record without stopping (using two huge fuel tanks. Aiming for 600 miles..

Try as I might I just can't get it to work for me, so I simply remove the weights before I gear up to go out. I find thought whilst I'm riding my thought process turns to the point I get to strap them back on again !
