- I turn the ankle sock inside out.
- Thread the sock through the ponytailer until it is halfway up the sock.
- Fold the open end over at the ponytailer
I slip that over my hang and the ponytailer goes around the top weight. It keeps the sock in place no matter what activity I do.
Of course, you don't want to use too small of a ponytailer, as you don't want to cut off circulation. The size that I use is bigger than the inner diameter of my weight, but smaller than the weight's outer diameter.
