underwear for working out

I was wondering if anyone has had issues with their weights as they work out, particularly running. Do compression shorts work well for most people? Should I remove my weights when I run? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Running is lower impact than jogging, but wear a jock or something for verticle support. Or drasticly reduce the weight you are carrying to where the cremasters can retract some and act as shock absorbers.
If you have been wearing support before stretching, Go weightless with light support until you can support your testes without any support running.

Jerking and jarring is a worse case, for damage even with just your balls as weight. Think of your balls ( and WMCs when you get there ) as slide hammers jerking the whole support system with a force many times the actual weight of balls and weights. Error with caution - you won't feel the damage until it's already happened.

I run but wear an UNder Armour Jock strap ALWAYS and remove all weights but 2 15mm WMC.....other then that it is too much weight.
Cardio for an hour beniefits your body so a break is OK from Gravity for then.

The couple times I've been to the gym since starting, I've removed my weights.

I wouldn't even think of running with them on. Biking may be another story.

I tried bikram/hot yoga last night while wearing... worked well.

I'll look into the UA jock... didn't realize they made one.

Curious to hear other opinions. (thread bump)

I use the rubber stretchers, they are more firm and solid, and of course not too heavy. When I run it's without underwear, but have shocked a few passers by as everything seems to be enlarged. The added image is of what I use, but it is quite narrow but londg. Easy to get on though. I use two, in which I cut one in half, and occasionally, but rare use the full one.

I don't want to get too off topic, but just quick question. You use this? On your balls or on your cock? It looks like it's meant to add girth and act as a cock ring, but I figured I have to ask... Considering the nature of the forum.
