1: Do you wear your weights to work? Yep, pretty close to 100% of time.
2: What kind of work do you do? Locomotive driver (including steam).
3: How do you combine working and stretching? Don't really think about it, weights are just there.
4: What if you have an officejob, when do you stretch? Train driving does involve a bit of sitting. Get up out of the seat every now and then.
5: What do you wear to hide the bulge? Nothing, it is what it is.
I wear bib and brace overalls, and are a full time freeballer, so it is quite easy to put my hands into my happy pockets, and grab my nuts or the weights and sit them above my leg.
