Aren't you LoadedBalls? I thought that the only way to achieve such hang would be a 24/7/365 stretching.
Good to know that though, I can't stretch all the time so now I know at least won't take me so long as I thought!
What is your stretching routine?
I was just looking back through this thread and realized i never answered your question. I must have missed it somehow, sorry!! My routine hasn't changed much. I normally stretch either during the day at work or in the evening, not both. when i am at work i wear a 45mm WMC and 4 USSR's, so that's a 105mm stack, which sounds a lot, but i need a decent mechanical stretch as i am sat down for most of the day. when i wear weights in the evening it is usually after a bath or a shower, so i am in my dressing gown with no underware on. I usually wear 2 45mm WMC's and a couple of USSR's, one on top and one on the bottom (120mm Stack). Sometimes i even drop the bottom USSR and add another 15mm WMC in between the 45mm's. I very rarely were weights overnight, but when i do its usually a single 45mm WMC. I find sleeping in weights can disturb my and as a consequence my wife's sleep. I hope that helps, LB.
