Newbie with low hang before starting

Hi Guys,

This seems like a great forum and I have been browsing for a while. I just joined and decided to make a post. I already have a low hanging sack when relaxed and have been stretching for about three weeks. I started with a approx 35mm tall weight and quickly added a 20mm x 40, then a 14mm x 40mm and finally another 14mm x 40mm. I have been wearing the 35, 20 and one 14 approx 18-20 hours a day. I take the weights off to run or if I'm wearing tighter pants in the evening but my wardrobe typically allows me to wear most of the weight. I have been adding an additional 14 x 40 for a few hours here and there. I posted a few pics of weighted balls and non weighted balls after approximately 2 weeks. I have noticed some increased length already after 3 weeks and also notice a rounder low hanging sack. Thanks for listening!

Lucky you to have that hang before starting wearing weights!! For sure you will get great results!
