I'd like to come back to this, yes Bootstrap, you're right, Jarod's guide does say that, I copied the quote above...
As TJ and Str8 say, they go with 30 for most... as do I.
I believe there are some others too who use 30 for most of the time.
Anyway, just wanted to come back and say sorry if the info was incorrect.
