In the first couple of months of stretching, I've found the same issue with tightening sack after taking off weights. The best thing I've found is to start off with a silicone USER and a 15mm weight at first for an hour or so then add another 15mm weight. My hang slowly extends again and is comfy.
Wantone, thanks for posting the question. I have a similar problem and one of my nuts desperately wants to pull through my weights--and has been successful a few times which does not feel good! I do leave a half inch above my weight for contraction space, but still happens. I'm trying also to limit ...
